Here's the lowdown on how your awesome new service will kick off:
Your Binzey journey begins on your next scheduled trash day in the upcoming week. (So, if you sign up on a Monday and your trash day is Friday, your service starts the following Friday – giving us time to get everything perfectly in place for you!)
Why wait a week? Think of it as us prepping the red carpet for your bins! We need a little time to:
Give your info the royal treatment: We carefully integrate your details into our system, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.
Map out the perfect bin route: Our team optimizes routes to ensure efficient and reliable service for everyone.
Brief our Binzey heroes: We make sure our team is fully prepared to handle your bins with the utmost care and respect. (They even wear capes... okay, maybe not, but they're pretty heroic nonetheless!)
Payment processing: Give those digital gears a moment to turn! It usually takes 24-48 hours for your payment to be fully processed. You'll get a confirmation email with your official start date once it's all done.
(Very rare) Service delays: Hey, sometimes Mother Nature throws a curveball (or maybe it's a national holiday). If there's any chance your service start might be slightly delayed, we'll let you know ASAP.
