Binzey's HOA Partnership Program offers a unique revenue-sharing model with a tiered once annual sign-on bonus and ongoing revenue sharing. The ongoing revenue share is split between the HOA and the management company, with each receiving 10% of the total amount. Tiered sign-on bonuses are paid per customer, starting at $15 for monthly service and increasing to $35 for annual service. The ongoing revenue sharing provides a consistent income stream, with the HOA and management company each receiving 10% of the monthly revenue generated from resident subscriptions. ​
