Bin Valet

Here's how your Bin Valet service will work: Getting started with Binzey's Bin Valet service for your HOA is simple! Our service will begin on your communities’ next scheduled trash day within one week of onboarding. We'll use this time to add your residents’ information to our system and optimize our routes. Example of timing: if your trash is collected Friday at 8:00 AM, our team will move your bins to the curb between 4:30 PM and 11:30 PM Thursday evening, or in rare cases, as late as Friday morning, at least 2 hours before pickup. Each resident can expect an email notification typically within 15 minutes of our arrival, including a picture of their bins at the curb. We'll then return the bins Friday evening between 4:30 PM and 11:30 PM, and send you another email with a picture confirming their return.

  • Binzey Terms & Conditions of Service: Bin Valet Service (Including Specific Provisions for Homeowners' Associations (HOAs))

    This is an agreement between you and Binzey LLC (and its affiliates, "Binzey" or "we"). Before using Binzey's Bin Valet service, please read these Binzey Terms and Conditions of Service, the Binzey Privacy Notice, the Binzey Recurring Payment Terms and Conditions, and other applicable rules, policies, and terms on the Binzey website or available through your Binzey app (collectively, this "Agreement"). By using Binzey's Bin Valet service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use Binzey's Bin Valet service.

    Bin Valet Service Agreement

    • You agree to hire Binzey LLC to manage your waste and recycling cans at the specified address.

    • You agree to pay Binzey in advance for the service period selected.

    Definitions

    • "Bin Valet" refers to Binzey's can management service, including the Binzey app and related services.

    • "Software" means all software (including updates) and related documentation provided for use with Binzey.

    • Helpers" are people employed or contracted by Binzey LLC to provide the Bin Valet service."HOA" refers to a Homeowners' Association.

    Home Access

    • By subscribing to Bin Valet, you authorize Binzey and its helpers to access your property to take out and return your waste and recycling cans.

    • You confirm you have the right to grant this access.

    • Ensure Binzey or its helpers can access your cans on the scheduled service dates.

    • No credit or refund will be provided if access is not available.

    Service Details

    • Service days and times are subject to change due to holidays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Binzey will do its best to notify customers of any changes.

    • Binzey or its helpers will take out your waste and recycling cans the evening before your designated trash day and return them the evening after pick-up.

    • Binzey will manage up to 2 bins per week, totaling 8 bins per month. More than 2 bins will be a separate charge.

    • Binzey or its helpers will take out your waste and recycling cans on your designated trash day and return them after pick-up.

    • Binzey will manage 2 bins per week, totaling 8 visits per month.

    Service Commencement

    • Your Bin Valet service will begin on your next scheduled waste collection day in the upcoming week. For example, if you sign up on a Monday and your regular trash pickup is on Fridays, your Binzey service will start the following Friday, not the Friday of the same week you signed up.

    • This allows us time to properly integrate your information into our system, optimize our routes for efficient service, and coordinate with our team.

    • Please allow 24-48 hours for payment processing.

    • You will receive a confirmation email with your service start date.

    • Service commencement may be delayed in rare cases due to unforeseen circumstances.

    Can Access

    • You must ensure Binzey or its helpers have access to your cans on the scheduled service day.

    • This includes providing gate entry codes, lock combinations, and relocating pets.

    • No service will be provided if access is blocked, and no credit or refund will be given.

    • Binzey reserves the right to decline service for any reason.

    Pricing and Payment

    • General: All prices are subject to change.

    • Bin Valet: You agree to pay Binzey the current fee for the service period selected (monthly, semi-annual, or yearly) plus applicable taxes.

    • Binzey may change the fee at any time with 2 months' notice.

    • If you do not agree with the new fee, you can cancel the service.

    • Service is billed at the beginning of each service period on a recurring basis. Billing continues until you cancel the service.

    • All applicable taxes will be added to the service fee.

    Cancellation, Transfers, and Refunds

    • Bin Valet: You may cancel your Bin Valet service at any time. All payments are non-refundable. You may transfer or gift your remaining service to another party within our service area. To cancel, transfer, or gift your service, please contact customer support.

    Responsibilities

    • Pets: You are responsible for restraining your pets.

    • Vehicles: Binzey is not responsible for any damage caused to vehicles by waste or recycling cans.

    • Safety: You must maintain code compliance with city regulations, such as fencing and gates.

    • Customer Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service, notify Binzey within 7 days to resolve the issue.

    • HOA specific provisions**

    • Designated Contact:** If you are an HOA utilizing this service, you must designate a point of contact for all service-related communications.

    • HOA Responsibility:** HOAs are responsible for informing residents of these terms and conditions.

    • Resident Responsibility:** Individual residents utilizing the service within an HOA agreement are still responsible for ensuring Binzey helpers have access to the cans.

    Payment responsibility:** The HOA is responsible for all payments unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between Binzey and the HOA.

    Changes to Binzey

    • We may change, suspend, or discontinue Binzey at any time without notice.

    • Changes to this Agreement will be posted on the Binzey website (www.binzey.com).

    • Continued use of Binzey constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

    • Short-Term Rental Liability

    • If the property is used for short-term rentals, Binzey is not liable for any fines or penalties from the Homeowner Association (HOA) related to trash can management. The customer is responsible for following all HOA rules.

    Disputes/Binding Arbitration

    • Any dispute arising from this Agreement or Binzey services is subject to binding arbitration and other terms in the Binzey Conditions of Use. By using Binzey, you agree to these terms.

    Disclaimer

    • Binzey is not responsible for damage to waste or recycling cans or property due to acts of nature, fire, vandalism, misuse, or abuse.

    • Binzey is also not liable for damage to vehicles caused by waste or recycling cans.

    • Binzey is not responsible for trash that is not removed by the city, due to city regulations.

    • Binzey is not responsible for any items that are placed in the customers trash cans by a third party.

    • Binzey is not responsible for any fines that are applied by the city due to improper trash placement by the customer.

    • Binzey is not responsible for any damage to the customer's property due to weather.

  • Binzey provides a convenient curbside bin valet service. We handle the task of moving residents' trash and recycling bins to and from the curb on collection days. This service enhances community aesthetics, reduces resident workload, and minimizes bin clutter along streets, leading to a cleaner, more organized neighborhood.

  • By ensuring bins are promptly returned to their designated storage areas after collection, Binzey eliminates the problem of bins being left out for days, improving the overall appearance of your HOA.

  • Absolutely. Binzey's consistent and reliable service minimizes confusion and disputes related to bin placement, reducing HOA management workload and resident complaints.

  • Binzey understands the importance of protecting your residents. It is very important that Binzey provides documentation proving that they are fully insured. We will be sure to have those documents on file before any services begin.

  • Binzey works closely with your HOA and existing waste management provider to align our service with your established collection schedule. We ensure seamless coordination and timely bin movement.

Big Haul

Here's how our Big Haul Works: Got a big cleanup? Binzey's Big Haul is your answer! Snag a 15-yard dump trailer by booking online!– we'll drop it right at your desired location. Load it up at your own pace, using those handy barn doors, and haul away as much as you need during your rental (starting at just $350!). When you're done, we whisk it all away, dumping the final load, leaving you clutter-free. Just a heads-up, we can't take the messy stuff like dirt, paint, or hazardous waste, so give us a shout if you're unsure about anything. Let Binzey make your cleanup a breeze!

  • This is an agreement between you and Binzey LLC (and its affiliates, "Binzey" or "we"). Before using Binzey's Big Haul service, please read these Binzey Terms and Conditions of Service, the Binzey Privacy Notice, and other applicable rules, policies, and terms on the Binzey website or available through your Binzey app (collectively, this "Agreement").     Big Haul Service Agreement (Including Specific Provisions for Homeowners' Associations (HOAs))

    By using Binzey’s Big Haul service, you agree to the following terms:

    Trailer Loading

    • The Big Haul service provides a level trailer load for the removal of trash or debris.

    • The trailer is not to be filled higher than the side walls of the trailer.

    • You are responsible for loading the trailer yourself in a safe and secure manner.

    Scheduling and Notice

    • You must provide Binzey with appropriate notice regarding when you would like the trailer picked up. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required.

    Trailer Use and Liability

    • If you tow the trailer for any reason, you assume full responsibility for any damages incurred for the duration of your rental. You are responsible for any tickets or fines that are acquired while the trailer is in your care.

    • Binzey is not responsible for any injuries sustained while loading and/or unloading items into the trailer. Please load responsibly.

    • Binzey is not liable for any damages to other property or vehicles due to the misuse or negligence of the renter.

    Payment

    •  Payment must be made in advance through the Binzey website.

    •  The customer is responsible for any over weight fees that may be incurred at the landfill.

    Prohibited Items

    •  Prohibited items include but are not limited to: hazardous materials, paint, tires, and chemicals. A list of prohibited items can be viewed on the Binzey website.

    Trailer Placement

    • The trailer must be placed on a solid level surface.

    • Trailer placement is at the driver's discretion, and the driver has the right to refuse placement if the location is deemed unsafe.

    • Any damage to driveways or property due to trailer placement is the customer's responsibility.

    HOA Specific Provisions

    • Designated Contact: If you are an HOA utilizing this service, you must designate a point of contact for all service-related communications.

    • HOA Responsibility: HOAs are responsible for informing residents of these terms and conditions, including prohibited items and loading guidelines.

    •  Common Area Placement: For placement in common areas, the HOA is responsible for ensuring the location is safe, accessible, and does not obstruct traffic or utilities. The HOA is responsible for any damages incurred to common areas.

    • Resident Responsibility:Individual residents utilizing the trailer within an HOA agreement are still responsible for safe loading, prohibited item adherence, and responsibility for tickets or fines.

    • Payment responsibility: The HOA is responsible for all payments unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between Binzey and the HOA.

    Acknowledgement

    • By utilizing this service, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

    • "Big Haul" refers to the trailer rental trash and debris removal service.

    • "Helpers" are people employed or contracted by Binzey LLC to provide the Big Haul service.

We can accommodate various materials generated from community cleanups, landscaping projects, and resident move-outs.

  • You can schedule a pickup by calling us directly at the number listed on our website or by submitting a request through the online contact form. We'll work with you to find a convenient date and time that fits your HOA's schedule.

  • Yes, we can accommodate multiple pickups and recurring services. We can develop a customized plan for your HOA, whether you need a one-time large haul or regular scheduled pickups.

  • This is an agreement between you and Binzey LLC (and its affiliates, "Binzey" or "we").     Super Scoopers Service Agreement

    • By using Binzey’s Super Scoopers service, you agree to the following terms:

      • The Super Scoopers service includes the removal and haul-away of pet waste from your property.

      • By subscribing to Super Scoopers, you give Binzey the right to enter your property to complete the task as expected.

      • You must ensure our team has safe and unobstructed access to the areas requiring service. This includes unlocking gates, and restraining pets.

      • Binzey is not liable for any damage to gates, yards, pets, or other property while performing this service, unless due to gross negligence on the part of Binzey.

      • Either party may terminate the service at any time with 24 hours notice.

      • Payment must be made in advance through the Binzey website, or through a recurring subscription.

      • Super Scoopers service does not include the removal of pet waste inside of the home.

      • Super Scoopers service is limited to the removal of dog feces. Cat feces inside of litter boxes is not included.

    • By utilizing this service, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

  • While most residents are responsible, a professional service ensures consistent and thorough cleanup. It eliminates the issue of missed spots, reduces complaints, and frees up HOA resources from dealing with pet waste management.

  • Binzey Super Scoopers handles the proper disposal of collected pet waste, adhering to local regulations. This is included in our service.

  • We can service all common areas, including parks, greenbelts, walking paths, dog parks, and any other designated pet-friendly spaces within your HOA. Please place flattened cardboard boxes in an easily accessible outdoor location on your scheduled pickup day, keeping them dry and protected from weather.     • Binzey is not responsible for cardboard that is wet or heavily soiled.

    • Payment must be made in advance through the Binzey website, or through a recurring subscription.

    • Binzey has the right to refuse service if the cardboard is not properly prepared or if the collection point is deemed unsafe or inaccessible.

    HOA Specific Provisions:

    • HOAs must designate a common collection point that is easily accessible for Binzey's helpers.

    • HOAs are responsible for communicating the service terms and collection guidelines to their residents.

    • HOAs are responsible for ensuring resident compliance with cardboard preparation and collection point guidelines.

    • Binzey will coordinate service schedules and any necessary adjustments with the designated HOA representative.

    • HOAs are responsible for the payment of agreed-upon service fees.

    • By utilizing this service, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

    Home/Property Access

    • By subscribing to Cardboard Courier, you authorize Binzey and its helpers to access your property or designated HOA collection point to collect cardboard.

    • You confirm you have the right to grant this access.

    • Ensure Binzey or its helpers can access your cardboard on the scheduled service dates.

    • No credit or refund will be provided if access is not available.

    Pricing and Payment

    • Payment for Cardboard Courier services is due in advance when you book the service through the Binzey website, or through a recurring subscription. We accept major credit cards.

    • HOA Specific Provisions: Payment terms and schedules will be agreed upon in the separate agreement between Binzey and the HOA.

    Cancellation and Refunds

    • Cardboard Courier service can be canceled with 24 hours notice.

    • Recurring subscriptions can be canceled at any time.

    Responsibilities

    • Customer Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service, notify Binzey within 7 days to resolve the issue.

    • HOA Specific Provisions: HOAs are responsible for relaying resident feedback to Binzey and for ensuring resident compliance with service guidelines.

    Changes to Binzey

    • We may change, suspend, or discontinue Binzey at any time without notice.

    • Changes to this Agreement will be posted on the Binzey website (www.binzey.com).

    • Continued use of Binzey constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

  • Binzey provides a convenient and eco-friendly solution for managing cardboard waste. We collect flattened cardboard boxes directly from residents' doorsteps, eliminating the need for bulky bins or overflowing community recycling areas. This benefits your HOA by:

    • Reducing unsightly clutter and improving community aesthetics.

    • Streamlining recycling processes and potentially lowering waste management costs.

    • Promoting sustainability and demonstrating your HOA's commitment to environmental responsibility.

    • Reducing the amount of cardboard that fills up your community dumpsters.

  • We work closely with your HOA to understand the typical volume of cardboard waste generated within your community. Based on this assessment, we'll establish a customized pickup schedule that aligns with your needs. This could involve weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly pickups, depending on your community size and waste patterns.

  • Residents are responsible for flattening their cardboard boxes and placing them neatly at their designated pickup location (typically their doorstep) on the scheduled collection day. We provide clear guidelines and communication materials to ensure residents understand the process.

  • Our trained couriers are professional and respectful of your community's property. We prioritize efficient and clean pickups, minimizing disruption and ensuring that no debris is left behind. We are insured, and take care to maintain a neat appearance.

  • Yes, Binzey can handle cardboard items of all sizes and shapes. We have the necessary tools and expertise to manage even large or irregularly shaped items. If an item is too large for standard collection, our couriers will safely cut it down to a manageable size on-site to ensure proper removal.

  • Our pricing is based on factors such as the frequency of pickups, the number of participating households, and the overall volume of cardboard collected. We offer transparent and competitive rates, and billing can be arranged on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, according to your HOA's preferences.

Bin Bath

Here's how our Bin Bath service works: We provide a thorough cleaning for up to two of your trash bins, with the option to add more. To optimize our pressure washing schedule, all Bin Bath services take place on the first trash day of the month. Simply schedule your cleaning online or by phone. You'll receive an email notification approximately 15 minutes before our arrival. Our team will then professionally clean, sanitize, and deodorize your bins. Once the job is complete, you'll receive another email with a picture of your sparkling clean bins.

  • Binzey Terms & Conditions of Service: Bin Bath Service (Including HOA Provisions)

    This is an agreement between you (individual homeowner or Homeowners' Association, "HOA") and Binzey LLC (and its affiliates, "Binzey" or "we"). Before using Binzey's Bin Bath service, please read these Binzey Terms and Conditions of Service, the Binzey Privacy Notice, and other applicable rules, policies, and terms on the Binzey website (www.binzey.com) or available through your Binzey app (collectively, this "Agreement").     Bin Bath Service Agreement

    • Bins must be empty on the scheduled service day.

    • You must ensure our team has safe and unobstructed access to the bins requiring service.

    • Binzey is not liable for any damage to bins that are already damaged prior to cleaning.

    • Payment must be made in advance through the Binzey website, or through a recurring subscription.

    • Binzey has the right to refuse service if the bins are not empty or deemed to contain hazardous materials.

    • For HOAs: This agreement applies to all residents within the HOA who are part of the agreed-upon service. The HOA is responsible for communicating these terms to its residents.

    • For HOAs: The HOA represents that it has the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of its members.

    By utilizing this service, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

    • Binzey reserves the right to decline service for any reason, including but not limited to, bins containing hazardous materials

    • For HOAs: The HOA is responsible for providing Binzey with necessary access information, including gate codes, access points, and resident locations.

    Service Details

    • Service days and times are subject to change due to holidays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Binzey will do its best to notify customers of any changes.

    • Binzey or its helpers will clean and sanitize your waste and/or recycling bins on your scheduled service day.

    • Bins must be empty on service day.

    • For HOAs: The HOA is responsible for ensuring resident compliance with bin access requirements.

Here's how Binzey Trash Advanced services work: Binzey's Trash Advanced service simplifies waste removal with three options: Truckload Service for large debris piles, Large Furniture & Mattress Removal for bulky items placed outside, and Mid-Week Bin Pickup for next-day bin emptying scheduled by 5 PM the day before, all with email notifications before arrival and confirmation after removal; however, Binzey reserves the right to refuse or refund pickups not adhering to their guidelines, and oversized items may incur extra charges.

Binzey Terms & Conditions of Service

This is an agreement between you and Binzey LLC (and its affiliates, "Binzey" or "we").  

Before using Binzey, please read these Binzey Terms and Conditions of Service, the Binzey Privacy Notice, the Binzey Recurring Payment Terms and Conditions, and other applicable rules, policies, and terms on the Binzey website or available through your Binzey app (collectively, this "Agreement").  

By using Binzey, you agree to be bound by these terms.  

If you do not accept these terms, you may not use Binzey.  

Service Agreements

Bin Valet Service Agreement

You agree to hire Binzey LLC to manage your waste and recycling cans at the specified address.  

You agree to pay Binzey in advance for the service period selected.  

Trash Advanced Service Agreement

You agree to hire Binzey LLC to perform the trash removal services you select ("Trash Advanced Services").  

You agree to pay Binzey in advance through the Binzey website for the Trash Advanced Services.  

Big Haul Service Agreement

By using Binzey’s Big Haul service, you agree to the following terms:  

The Big Haul service provides a level trailer load for the removal of trash or debris.  

The trailer is not to be filled higher than the side walls of the trailer.  

You are responsible for loading the trailer yourself in a safe and secure manner.  

You must provide Binzey with appropriate notice regarding when you would like the trailer picked up.  

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required.  

If you tow the trailer for any reason, you assume full responsibility for any damages incurred for the duration of your rental.  

You are responsible for any tickets or fines that are acquired while the trailer is in your care.  

Binzey is not responsible for any injuries sustained while loading and/or unloading items into the trailer. Please load responsibly.  

Binzey is not liable for any damages to other property or vehicles due to the misuse or negligence of the renter.  

Payment must be made in advance through the Binzey website.  

The customer is responsible for any over weight fees that may be incurred at the landfill.  

Prohibited items include but are not limited to: hazardous materials, paint, tires, and chemicals.  

A list of prohibited items can be viewed on the Binzey website.  

The trailer must be placed on a solid level surface.  

Trailer placement is at the driver's discretion, and the driver has the right to refuse placement if the location is deemed unsafe.  

Any damage to driveways or property due to trailer placement is the customer's responsibility.  

By utilizing this service, you acknowledge and accept these terms.  

Super Scoopers Service Agreement

By using Binzey’s Super Scoopers service, you agree to the following terms:  

The Super Scoopers service includes the removal and haul-away of pet waste from your property.  

By subscribing to Super Scoopers, you give Binzey the right to enter your property to complete the task as expected.  

You must ensure our team has safe and unobstructed access to the areas requiring service.  

This includes unlocking gates, and restraining pets.  

Binzey is not liable for any damage to gates, yards, pets, or other property while performing this service, unless due to gross negligence on the part of Binzey.  

Either party may terminate the service at any time with 24 hours notice.  

Payment must be made in advance through the Binzey website, or through a recurring subscription.  

Super Scoopers service does not include the removal of pet waste inside the home.  

Super Scoopers service is limited to the removal of dog feces. Cat feces inside of litter boxes are not included.  

By utilizing this service, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

HOA Specific Provisions

General Application: The following provisions apply to all services when utilized by a Homeowners' Association (HOA).

  • Designated Contact: If you are an HOA utilizing this service, you must designate a point of contact for all service-related communications.  

  • HOA Responsibility: HOAs are responsible for informing residents of these terms and conditions, including prohibited items and loading guidelines. HOAs are responsible for communicating the service terms and collection guidelines to their residents. HOAs are responsible for ensuring resident compliance with cardboard preparation and collection point guidelines.  

  • Resident Responsibility: Individual residents utilizing the service within an HOA agreement are still responsible for ensuring Binzey helpers have access to the cans. Individual residents utilizing the service within an HOA agreement are still responsible for ensuring Binzey helpers have access to the pet waste areas and restraining pets.  

  • Payment Responsibility: The HOA is responsible for all payments unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between Binzey and the HOA. HOAs are responsible for the payment of agreed-upon service fees. HOAs may arrange for bulk billing or alternative payment methods as agreed upon with Binzey. Payment terms and schedules will be agreed upon in the separate agreement between Binzey and the HOA.  

  • Common Area Service (Super Scoopers): For service in common areas, the HOA is responsible for ensuring the location is safe, accessible, and does not obstruct traffic or utilities. The HOA is responsible for any damages incurred to common areas.  

  • Service Commencement: Big Haul service commencement will be scheduled after payment is processed and customer scheduling is completed. Cardboard Courier service commencement will be scheduled after payment is processed and customer or HOA scheduling is completed. Bin Bath service commencement will be scheduled after payment is processed and customer scheduling is completed. For HOA contracts, Binzey will coordinate service schedules with the HOA representative.  

  • Cardboard Courier Service: HOAs must designate a common collection point that is easily accessible for Binzey's helpers. Binzey will coordinate service schedules and any necessary adjustments with the designated HOA representative.  

  • Bin Bath Service: For HOAs: The HOA is responsible for providing Binzey with necessary access information, including gate codes, access points, and resident locations. For HOAs: The HOA represents that it has the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of its members.  

  • Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies for HOA contracts may be subject to separate agreements. Cancellation and refund policies for HOAs will be specified in the agreement with the HOA.  

  • Responsibilities: HOAs are responsible for relaying resident feedback to Binzey and for ensuring resident compliance with service guidelines.  

  • Changes to Binzey: For HOAs: Binzey will notify the HOA representative of any significant changes to the service or terms.  

Definitions

"Bin Valet" refers to Binzey's can management service, including the Binzey app and related services.  

"Big Haul" refers to the trailer rental trash and debris removal service.  

"Super Scoopers" refers to the pet waste removal and haul away service.  

"Cardboard Courier" refers to the cardboard box removal service.  

"Trash Advanced" refers to Binzey's one-time trash removal services, as described on the Binzey website.  

"Software" means all software (including updates) and related documentation provided for use with Binzey.  

"Helpers" are people employed or contracted by Binzey LLC to provide the Bin Valet, Big Haul, Super Scoopers, Cardboard Courier and/or Trash Advanced services.  

"HOA" refers to a Homeowners' Association.  

Home/Property Access

By subscribing to Bin Valet, Super Scoopers or Cardboard Courier, you authorize Binzey and its helpers to access your property to take out and return your waste and recycling cans, to remove pet waste, or to collect cardboard.  

You confirm you have the right to grant this access.  

Ensure Binzey or its helpers can access your cans, pet waste areas or cardboard on the scheduled service dates.  

No credit or refund will be provided if access is not available.  

For HOAs: The HOA is responsible for providing Binzey with necessary access information, including gate codes, access points, and resident locations.

Binzey or its helpers will take out your waste and recycling cans the evening before your designated trash day and return them the evening after pick-up.

Binzey will manage up to 2 bins per week, totaling 8 bins per month. More than 2 bins will be a separate charge.

Service Commencement

Bin Valet:

Your Bin Valet service will begin on your next scheduled waste collection day in the upcoming week.  

For example, if you sign up on a Monday and your regular trash pickup is on Fridays, your Binzey service will start the following Friday, not the Friday of the same week you signed up.  

This allows us time to properly integrate your information into our system, optimize our routes for efficient service, and coordinate with our team.  

Please allow 24-48 hours for payment processing. You will receive a confirmation email with your service start date.  

Service commencement may be delayed in rare cases due to unforeseen circumstances.  

Big Haul, Super Scooper, and Cardboard courier service commencement will be scheduled after payment is processed and customer scheduling is completed.  

HOA Specific Provisions: For HOA contracts, Binzey will coordinate service schedules with the HOA representative.  

Can/Area Access

You must ensure Binzey or its helpers have access to your cans, pet waste areas or cardboard on the scheduled service day.  

This includes providing gate entry codes, lock combinations, and relocating pets.  

No service will be provided if access is blocked, and no credit or refund will be given.  

Binzey reserves the right to decline service for any reason.  

Pricing and Payment

General: All prices are subject to change.  

Bin Valet: You agree to pay Binzey the current fee for the service period selected (monthly, semi-annual, or yearly) plus applicable taxes.  

Binzey may change the fee at any time with 2 months' notice.  

If you do not agree with the new fee, you can cancel the service.  

Service is billed at the beginning of each service period on a recurring basis.  

Billing continues until you cancel the service. All applicable taxes will be added to the service fee

Payment for Trash Advanced services is due in advance when you book the service through the Binzey website.  

We accept major credit cards.

Cancellation, Transfers, and Refunds

Bin Valet: You may cancel your Bin Valet service at any time.  

All payments are non-refundable.  

You may transfer or gift your remaining service to another party within our service area.  

To cancel, transfer, or gift your service, please contact customer support.  

Trash Advanced: Trash Advanced services are non-refundable once rendered.  

Big Haul: Big haul service is non-refundable once the trailer has been delivered.  

Super Scoopers: Super Scoopers service can be canceled with 24 hours notice.  

Recurring subscriptions can be canceled at any time.  

Cardboard Courier: Cardboard Courier service can be canceled with 24 hours notice.  

Recurring subscriptions can be canceled at anytime.  

HOA Specific Provisions: Cancellation and refund policies for HOAs will be detailed in the separate agreement between Binzey and the HOA.  

Responsibilities

Pets: You are responsible for restraining your pets.  

Vehicles: Binzey is not responsible for any damage caused to vehicles by waste or recycling cans, or the Big Haul trailer.  

Safety: You must maintain code compliance with city regulations, such as fencing and gates.  

Customer Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service, notify Binzey within 7 days to resolve the issue.  

HOA Specific Provisions

Designated Contact: If you are an HOA utilizing this service, you must designate a point of contact for all service-related communications.  

HOA Responsibility: HOAs are responsible for informing residents of these terms and conditions, including prohibited items and loading guidelines. HOAs are responsible for communicating the service terms and collection guidelines to their residents. HOAs are responsible for ensuring resident compliance with cardboard preparation and collection point guidelines.  

Individual residents utilizing the service within an HOA agreement are still responsible for ensuring Binzey helpers have access to the cans.  

Individual residents utilizing the service within an HOA agreement are still responsible for ensuring Binzey helpers have access to the pet waste areas and restraining pets.  

For service in common areas, the HOA is responsible for ensuring the location is safe, accessible, and does not obstruct traffic or utilities.  

The HOA is responsible for any damages incurred to common areas.  

The HOA is responsible for all payments unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between Binzey and the HOA.  

HOAs may arrange for bulk billing or alternative payment methods as agreed upon with Binzey.  

For HOA contracts, Binzey will coordinate service schedules with the HOA representative.

Short-Term Rental Liability

If the property is used for short-term rentals, Binzey is not liable for any fines or penalties from the Homeowner Association (HOA) related to trash can management.  

The customer is responsible for following all HOA rules.  

Disputes/Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising from this Agreement or Binzey services is subject to binding arbitration and other terms in the Binzey Conditions of Use.  

By using Binzey, you agree to these terms.  

Disclaimer

Binzey is not responsible for damage to waste or recycling cans or property due to acts of nature, fire, vandalism, misuse, or abuse.

Binzey is also not liable for damage to vehicles caused by waste or recycling cans, or the Big Haul trailer.

Binzey is not responsible for items left out for trash advanced services that are not listed on the service request.
